What to Expect at a Gathering

We'd love to meet you. Here's everything you need to know before you come — no surprises, no pressure.

WHEN WE GATHER Sunday, 9:30am - our main gathering: traditional Anglican worship with Communion, and a children's program on alternate Sundays.

Wednesday, 1:30pm - a shorter, midweek "Express" service with Communion. Both are held at 6–8 Kings Parade, Ulverstone. A typical Sunday service runs about 75 minutes, followed by morning tea.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON A SUNDAY You'll be welcomed at the door by a greeter who can help you find a seat and answer any questions. Before the service there's some singing, then we share hymns, pray, Bible reading and a talk (sermon), and Holy Communion. Afterwards, stay for a cuppa and morning tea. It's the best way to meet people, and there's no obligation to rush off.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Come as you are. You'll see everything from jeans to jackets — there's no dress code.

FAMILIES & CHILDREN are warmly welcome at every service. On alternate Sundays we run a children's program for primary school age. During the sermon, children will go out with our kids’ church team (all safe church trained) and will take part in a teaching program suited to their needs. On other weeks, kids are welcome to stay in the service with you, wriggles and noise included.

GETTING HERE & PARKING We're at 6–8 Kings Parade, Ulverstone. Parking available on church grounds. . The building is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance

WHEN YOU ARRIVE Just come in, someone will be at the door to say hello. You don't need to sign in or know anyone. If you'd rather let us know you're coming first, get in touch below and we'll look out for you.
